Warehouse Associate (Forklift Required) - Bilingual

Job Description

Position Summary

The Bilingual Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including material handling, order preparation, inventory organization, and safe forklift operation across assigned Orlando-area locations.

This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload fencing materials and customer orders
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for delivery or pickup
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support walk-in customers as needed
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Proven forklift operating experience (required)
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Comfortable working in outdoor/warehouse environments
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to work on-site within the Orlando area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fencing, construction, or building materials
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required if experienced)
• Inventory or warehouse system experience
