Warehouse Clerk

Job Description

• Communicate with customers and their suppliers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Enter Bills of Lading (BOLs) and accurately receive materials into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Generate and provide reports to customers as needed
• Coordinate with internal staff and external transportation providers to schedule and manage shipments
• Assist warehouse operators with picking and receiving activities as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed properly
• Support overall warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient workflow
