Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Description

Job Duties of Order Fulfillment Associate:

• Packaging, labeling, and shipping of merchandise

• Fulfilling online customer orders

• Picking and packing jewelry orders

• Monitoring and assisting in inventory control

• Work regularly on the computer doing data entry, answering emails, communicating with customers, coworkers, and business partners

• SKU verification, quality control, loss prevention, productivity tracking

• Assist with other tasks and departments as needed

• Participate in team member meetings

Qualifications of Order Fulfillment Associate:

• Must be able to be up and moving for extended periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs when needed

• Data entry and computer skills required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and have good communication skills

Production Jewelers must be willing to work in a completely metal-free environment and will be subject to passing in and out of security each workday. NO PIERCINGS OR JEWELRY can be worn.
