Warehouse Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Maximize customer experience by “solving the whole problem”
- Create a positive and professional customer experience/atmosphere
- Stage and kit mobile devices (e.g., smartphones and tablets) per customer instructions
- Keep accurate records according to company policies and practices
- Manage inventory levels
- Assist in maintaining warehouse , back room, restrooms, and individual work area
- Such other tasks, duties, and projects assigned by management

Skills:
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and their components
- Familiarity with various operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify problems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical issues in a clear manner
