Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Printing Equipment Operator to join our team as one of the first hires in our Charlotte fulfillment center. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our printing operations, ensuring the highest quality in labels and packaging while utilizing eco-friendly equipment. This is a unique opportunity to lead, innovate, and help establish best practices in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Printing Operations:

● Set up, operate, and maintain advanced printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and top-quality output.

● Analyze print orders, determine appropriate settings, and troubleshoot any issues with print files in collaboration with support staff.

● Perform routine maintenance to keep all equipment in peak condition.

Inventory and Logistics:

● Accurately manage the receipt and issuance of goods, ensuring all documentation is correctly processed.

● Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders to prevent disruptions in operations.

● Participate in regular warehouse inventory audits.

● Assist with unloading, loading, and proper placement of products within the facility.

Qualifications

● Have experience operating printing and labeling equipment, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

● Possess certification and skills in operating an electric forklift (preferred but not required).
