As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, and preparing goods for distribution. You'll be a key player in ensuring inventory accuracy and facilitating the movement of goods throughout the warehouse. Your contribution is vital to our operational efficiency and customer fulfillment. We are committed to your Safety and will provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your protection. This role involves consistent Lifting of various items, requiring physical stamina and careful technique. A solid understanding of warehouse operations and best practices in Logistics is beneficial, alongside a strong emphasis on Safety. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of productivity will be crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for outbound shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Prepare goods for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, utilizing required PPE.
- Contribute to efficient Logistics operations by adhering to established workflows.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, typically up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
- Knowledge of Safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Understanding of Logistics principles is a plus.
