We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our facility in San Antonio, Texas. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing shipments. This includes strictly adhering to all safety protocols and utilizing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle regular lifting, up to 50 lbs, throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming shipments, verifying contents and quantities.
  • Efficiently store merchandise in assigned warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
  • Package items securely for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the distribution center.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control activities.
  • Support team members in achieving operational targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
