Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on order tickets or electronic systems.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe delivery.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the proper use of PPE.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to job responsibilities.
- Understanding of general logistics and supply chain functions.
