We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse associates, scheduling tasks, monitoring productivity, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management and logistics principles. You must ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting practices, as the role involves regular Lifting of items up to 60 pounds. A proven track record in warehouse supervision is essential. We are looking for someone who can motivate a team, resolve issues effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
