Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping preparations and staging.
- Must be comfortable with lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve daily logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
