Our organization is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We specialize in one on one hands on physical therapy and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate is comfortable and proficient providing a well rounded treatment plan to include restorative functional training, soft tissue techniques and active rehabilitation. We are looking for an individual who can perform on-site evaluations, determine the best physical therapy or sports medicine treatment plan and use their expertise in
*Responsibilities*:
* Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
* Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and lifestyle modifications.
* Document patient progress accurately and timely.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
* Passion for orthopedic rehab and patient-centered care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
