We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This position is vital to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will perform a range of tasks to ensure inventory is handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to our overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for customers.
- Stock and organize inventory in assigned areas.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Load outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Commitment to safety protocols and correct use of PPE.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
