Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Huntsville, Alabama! We are looking for motivated individuals to help manage our inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment. This position plays a key role in our supply chain, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service. You'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently unload trucks and verify incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Organize and stock products within the warehouse space.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment responsibly.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and orderly at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and operational guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Must be capable of frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic logistics and inventory management is beneficial.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety instructions.
- A proactive approach to safety and operational efficiency is required.
