We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our busy Miami, Florida location! This role is central to our e-commerce operations, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. You will be involved in picking items, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. A keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to Safety are essential. We offer a dynamic work environment, comprehensive training, and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being in our logistics facility.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and appropriately to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Utilize scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track order progress.
- Perform quality checks on items before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to Safety and operational efficiency in logistics.
- Be prepared for lifting and moving of packages throughout your shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or retail role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to perform lifting duties of up to 35 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adhere to Safety standards and wear required PPE.
