We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to ensuring readiness for shipment. Your tasks will include accurately locating and retrieving items from shelves, meticulously packing products to prevent damage during transit, and preparing orders for dispatch. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations and requires a strong focus on accuracy and speed. You must be able to perform frequent physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Safety is our utmost priority, and strict adherence to all warehouse safety guidelines, including the consistent use of provided PPE, is mandatory. Experience with warehouse systems and a solid understanding of general logistics principles are advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
