We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you'll contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. Your efforts will be vital to our Logistics and supply chain efficiency. We prioritize Safety above all else, requiring strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting and movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Assist with inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE correctly.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of Logistics operations.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics and inventory flow is beneficial.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
