Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Process and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Perform regular inventory counts and checks to maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions and product information.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety and PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong desire to succeed.
