Join our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse as an Order Picker! This role is fundamental to ensuring our customers receive their correct orders promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders. We are seeking diligent, organized, and energetic individuals who are committed to maintaining high standards of productivity and **safety**. - Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves according to order slips or electronic scanners.
- Verifying picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining productivity targets for order picking.
- Transporting picked items to the packing station.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or organizing.
- Ensuring your work area is kept clean and orderly, contributing to overall **safety**.
- Following all company **safety** protocols and guidelines.
- Participating in inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
This position involves frequent **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs. You'll be working in a dynamic warehouse environment, and we will provide all necessary **PPE**. Prior experience in a warehouse or **Logistics** setting is beneficial but not required.
