Are you detail-oriented and organized? Join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as an Inventory Control Specialist! This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, which is vital to our Logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock levels.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
- Monitoring inventory accuracy and identifying root causes of errors.
- Implementing and improving inventory control procedures.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assisting with receiving and put-away processes to ensure correct inventory placement.
- Tracking and reporting on inventory levels, turnover, and accuracy metrics.
- Ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to minimize obsolescence.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and using required PPE .
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS software. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity for moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs) when necessary for audits or stock movement.
