We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Clerk at our facility in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your responsibilities will include performing cycle counts, receiving and verifying incoming shipments, stocking products, and investigating any discrepancies. You will work closely with our logistics and operations teams to ensure that our inventory data is precise and up-to-date. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of inventory control principles are essential. This position plays a vital role in our supply chain management and overall efficiency. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe work environment, and all associates must comply with safety regulations, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse stockroom.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and PPE usage.
