We are looking for a proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will span various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving goods, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for dispatch. You will be working with a variety of products and utilizing warehouse management systems and scanning technology to maintain inventory integrity and order accuracy. A strong understanding of the order fulfillment process is beneficial, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We are deeply committed to the safety and well-being of our employees. You will receive extensive training on safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and best practices for safe material handling. This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory with attention to detail.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders using warehouse management software and scanning equipment.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Operate material handling equipment safely as needed.
- Assist in resolving any order or inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and scanning technology.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
