Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are seeking organized and efficient individuals to manage the flow of materials within our state-of-the-art warehouse. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving operations. You will operate material handling equipment, assist with inventory control, and ensure all goods are handled safely and efficiently, adhering to all company Safety standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
  • Transport materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
  • Pick and stage materials for outbound shipments or internal transfers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, always using the appropriate PPE .
  • Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Follow all established warehouse procedures and Logistics guidelines.
  • Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to all company Safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is required.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a strong asset.
  • Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent standing, walking, and Lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with Logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
