Join our team in Portland, Oregon, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking reliable and diligent individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. This position involves a variety of tasks essential for maintaining an efficient and organized facility, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to Safety will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high levels of productivity. This role is fundamental to our supply chain success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves, racks, and bins accurately and efficiently.
- Pick orders using RF scanners and other technology.
- Pack orders securely and accurately for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all PPE requirements.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all Safety procedures and company policies.
- Support the overall Logistics and operational goals of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with Logistics principles is a plus.
