Join our busy Charlotte, North Carolina warehouse as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our daily logistics operations. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, involving tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking orders, packing items, and preparing them for shipment. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on efficiency and accuracy. We emphasize a safe working environment, requiring strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If you enjoy working in a physically active role and are committed to contributing to a smooth operational flow, this position is for you. Must be comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods.
- Put away inventory in assigned locations accurately.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and apply shipping labels.
- Load outbound trucks with completed orders.
- Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear mandated PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
