We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This is a fundamental role supporting our extensive logistics operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Your contribution is essential to ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and maintaining the overall efficiency of our distribution center. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, teamwork, and a proactive approach to warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and data entry.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock and work areas.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of packages.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting.
- Capability for moderate to heavy Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn.
