We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our bustling logistics center in Seattle, Washington. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from initial picking to final packaging and shipment. This dynamic role demands efficiency, precision, and a strong commitment to quality. You will work with advanced warehouse technology and be part of a dedicated team focused on outstanding logistics execution. Safety is our top priority; we provide comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
- Process returns and assist with other warehouse logistics tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a significant advantage.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Excellent physical stamina, able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills.
