We are looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Washington, D.C. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to efficient **logistics** and inventory management. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, after proper training and certification.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Adhere to all **PPE** requirements and **Safety** guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with **logistics** and warehouse procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
- Commitment to adhering to all **Safety** regulations.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**.
