Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper placement.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from designated locations.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in stocktaking activities.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability to handle frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with order fulfillment or warehouse operations preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
