We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is essential to our daily logistics operations, involving the handling, movement, and organization of goods within our facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety are key attributes for success in this position. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a supportive work environment. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting and standing for extended periods. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming shipments
- Stock shelves and organize inventory
- Pick and pack orders accurately
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE
- Assist with inventory counts
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to perform manual labor and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual
