Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed
- Conduct quality checks on products and orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use required PPE
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding role
- Understanding of logistics and inventory principles
- Commitment to safety standards and proper use of PPE
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
