We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Distribution Center Associates in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of responsibilities from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling goods with care and accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Sort, organize, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace according to safety standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and data entry.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and team success.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Understanding of logistics operations is a plus.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
