Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Distribution Center Associates in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of responsibilities from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling goods with care and accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against orders.
  • Sort, organize, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace according to safety standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and data entry.
  • Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and team success.
  • Perform other warehouse tasks as directed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Understanding of logistics operations is a plus.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
