Join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will engage in a wide range of activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. This position is essential for our logistics flow and offers a great chance to be part of a growing company. Safety and efficiency are our top priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and designated areas accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and load them onto trucks.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines, including wearing the appropriate PPE.
- Be prepared for regular lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall logistics and operational goals of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
