We are seeking a diligent Inventory Clerk for our Atlanta, Georgia distribution center. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your work ensures that we have the right products in the right place at the right time, supporting our overall logistics operations. You will conduct regular cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and assist with stock put-away and organization. A meticulous approach and strong organizational skills are essential. This position requires attention to detail to ensure that our inventory records are precise and reliable. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees are expected to follow safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently. While this role is primarily focused on record-keeping and organization, some physical activity may be involved, including lifting and moving stock. - Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of new inventory.
- Organize warehouse stock to optimize space and accessibility.
- Generate inventory reports as required.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory flow.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 30 lbs may be required.
