We are looking for a diligent Receiving Clerk to join our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, responsible for accurately documenting, inspecting, and organizing all received goods. Your attention to detail will be paramount as you verify packing slips against purchase orders, identify any discrepancies or damages, and ensure proper inventory management. This position is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, ensuring that our inventory is up-to-date and ready for distribution. You will work closely with carriers and internal teams to streamline the receiving process, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse. Safety is our top priority; you will be trained on and expected to follow all warehouse safety procedures, including the correct use of required PPE. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items that may weigh up to 60 pounds. A strong understanding of inventory control principles and experience with warehouse management software are advantageous.
