We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our growing warehouse team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will play a vital part in our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your efforts directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages for shipment according to carrier guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are free of debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving warehouse processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and shipping labels accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 35 lbs. repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this logistics role.
