We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our busy facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a crucial role in our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse is organized, efficient, and safe. We require individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 65 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed by management.
- Support the smooth operation of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 65 lbs.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
