We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Seattle, Washington. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and Safety. We are a key player in the logistics industry, and this position offers a great path for career advancement. Strict adherence to safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE are expected. This position requires regular Lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, ensuring Safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Comply with all company policies and Safety regulations.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
