Job Description

AAA is looking to increase their footprint in Florida and is doing so through independent agents. I will be opening a scratch agency and looking for an experienced agent that can come in and focus on selling. My goal will be to have a fun environment that truly focuses on the best customer service in the industry. When I find the right person, I will make sure to compensate them so I am able to retain them long term. I know the success of an agency is directly tied to having the right staff.  

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints 
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• AAA requires either a 2-20 or 20-44 license
• Previous experience in insurance sales
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Jarrod Currey Insurance will primarily offer AAA products but will also have access to roughly 10 additional carriers.
