Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader oversees daily field operations, ensuring high-quality lawn care services are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include assigning tasks to crew members; operating and maintaining landscaping equipment; mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing properties; monitoring job quality and productivity; training and supervising crew members; enforcing safety procedures; communicating with clients and management; managing materials and equipment on-site; and completing daily reports and schedules while maintaining a professional appearance and customer satisfaction.
