License Insurance Agent

Are you driven, outgoing, and motivated by results? Do you enjoy building relationships and closing deals? If so, we’re looking for a sales-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll actively engage with new and existing clients, identify their insurance needs, and recommend coverage solutions that protect what matters most—while driving agency growth.

What You’ll Do:

Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales opportunities

Build rapport and trust with prospective and existing clients

Present, quote, and close insurance policies confidently

Cross-sell and upsell home, auto, and additional insurance products

Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships

Communicate via phone, email, chat, and in person

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma required

Active insurance license required for full-time or part-time positions

Sales-driven mindset with strong closing skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bilingual preferred but not required

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Hours: 20–29 or 30–39 per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Location: In-office (not remote)

Overtime: Not typically available
