Sales & Customer Experience Counter Agent (Carzi)

Compensation:

Uncapped earning potential

Top performers consistently earn $70,000–$85,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

• Take full control of the customer interaction from arrival to departure
• Identify opportunities to upgrade vehicles and sell protection products
• Confidently present options that improve the customer’s experience while increasing revenue
• Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Handle objections and close sales in real time

Operations Responsibilities

• Clean and prep vehicles to ensure they are ready for the next rental
• Inspect vehicles for condition, fuel, and readiness
• Move and stage vehicles to support daily flow
• Help maintain a clean, organized lot and workspace

• Comfortable talking to anyone and guiding conversations
• Ability to stay sharp under pressure and move fast
• Self-motivated and accountable for results
• Willing to jump in and help wherever needed, including vehicle prep

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Flexible availability (weekends required)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
