Duties

• Negotiate terms with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company goals
• Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
• Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales environments
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales activities
