We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on leader in data analytics and engineering with deep expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data platforms. This role focuses on delivering scalable, production-grade analytics solutions that drive measurable impact across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution Develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions using Python and Snowflake SQL Design and manage Snowflake architecture, including environment promotion (dev/test/prod) Build interactive dashboards and applications (Power BI, Sigma, QlikView, Streamlit) Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows using GitHub Develop and deploy cloud-native, containerized applications Design secure APIs and service-account-based architectures Apply test-driven development (TDD) and implement robust rollback strategies Perform large-scale data modeling, transformation, and wrangling across relational systems Business & Process Expertise Leverage deep understanding of ERP/MRP systems and data models Translate and optimize core operational workflows:

Drive improvements across enterprise-scale manufacturing and supply chain processes Communication & Impact Translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsand technical outcomes into business value Deliver ROI-driven analytics that influence strategic decisions Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders Lead and collaborate across cross-functional, global teams Demonstrate measurable business impact through data-driven initiatives Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering within manufacturing and/or supply chain environments Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Strong hands-on experience with ERP data and operational processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, demand-to-deliver) Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including large-scale data processing Deep experience with Snowflake as a data platform Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding (Power BI, Sigma, QlikView, Streamlit) Experience deploying enterprise-scale solutions in cloud environments Proficiency with visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub automation, and version control best practices Ability to manage end-to-end development lifecycles, including promotion across environments Experience building containerized, scalable applications with secure API integrations Strong understanding of TDD, deployment safety, and rollback strategies Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact and ROI Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographies Competitive Benefits:
