2-4 years PowerBI Development (DAX experience required)

What's the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO)- and Power BI-based reporting solutions that provide comprehensive visibility into data initiatives.
Support data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models to ensure data reliability, scalability, and accessibility for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting standards, delivery metrics, and portfolio views aligned with organizational goals.
Transform complex operational data into clear, actionable dashboards that inform decision-making and governance processes.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance by partnering with engineering and tooling teams to adhere to enterprise standards.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
2-4 years of experience in ADO and Power BI development.
Experience with database technologies and knowledge of the ETL process.
Proficiency in scripting languages, with DAX being preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated success in data-driven projects.
