What's the Job?
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to develop innovative AI and data solutions. Design, develop, and implement solutions using Python or Java, leveraging libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Scikitlearn, including building and evaluating machine learning models like Random Forest and XGBoost. What's Needed?
5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. Strong SQL and data analysis skills with proficiency in Python or Java for data science and ML workloads. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and model development, including AI-assisted techniques and generative AI models. Ability to work independently from problem definition to solution delivery, with experience in end-to-end SDLC ownership. Knowledge of Gen AI concepts and solutions, with 1-3 years of relevant exposure preferred. What's in it for me?
