Key Responsibilities Ensure successful development and migration of ecommerce applications, platforms, and services to AWS, including commerce engines, digital experience layers, fulfillment systems, and data pipelines.
Collaborate with the RRCG account management team to create and execute a technical strategy that aligns with the growth and transformation objectives of ecommerce customers.
Educate customers on the AWS value proposition for retail and ecommerce, facilitating deep architectural discussions to design solutions that prioritize resilience during peak traffic, cost efficiency, and innovation.
Conduct engaging enablement sessions to share knowledge with ecommerce customers about topics like AI-driven personalization and cloud-native commerce architectures.
Capture and disseminate best practices within the AWS Solutions Architect community, focusing on ecommerce and retail patterns.
Contribute to publications such as whitepapers, blogs, and reference architectures tailored to the RRCG vertical.
Build deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders in ecommerce companies, helping them become cloud advocates and accelerate their digital transformation.
Act as a liaison among customers, AWS service engineering teams, and support, advocating for the specific needs and priority roadmap for ecommerce.

You might start with a customer architecture review, guide a retailer in designing a peak-season scaling strategy on AWS, collaborate on a proposal for a direct-to-consumer brand exploring AI-driven personalization, or engage in deep-dive sessions contributing to a retail reference architecture. Basic Qualifications A minimum of 4 years' experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
4 years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or network security.
At least 2 years of experience in IT development or consulting within the software or internet sectors.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with various AWS services.
Knowledge of software development methodologies.
Experience engaging with end-users or developer communities.
Hands-on experience with customer implementations.
Experience in writing and distributing technical white papers.
Experience in the retail industry.

The base salary for this position varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. Salary ranges are as follows: Atlanta: $131,300 - $177,600; Nashville: $124,700 - $168,800; Austin: $131,300 - $177,600; Dallas: $131,300 - $177,600.
