Smileland Pediatric Dentistry & Braces is a growing, high-volume pediatric dental group seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our team. This role is designed for a clinician who wants a consistent schedule, strong patient flow, and real operational support, without the distractions that typically pull doctors away from patient care.
We are not a startup experimenting with systems.
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, restorations, pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, and extractions
* Treat infants, children, and adolescents using effective behavior management techniques
* Communicate treatment plans clearly and confidently with parents and caregivers
* Collaborate with orthodontic and oral surgery providers on-site
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Deliver care efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards
Practice Support & Environment
* High new-patient volume and established recall base
* Trained pediatric assistants and front desk team
* Centralized billing, scheduling, HR, compliance, and operations
* Modern technology and standardized clinical workflows
* Leadership team focused on protecting provider time and preventing burnout

Schedule

Qualifications
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Completion of (or current enrollment in) a Pediatric Dentistry residency
* Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts
* Team-oriented, system-respectful, and clinically confident
This position is best suited for a dentist who values structure, efficiency, and steady revenue.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $240,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
