*What You’ll Do:*
* Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
* Help patients regain independence in daily living and mobility skills
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
* Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting
* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (but not required)
