Senior Quantity Surveyor (Weston-Super-Mare)

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our project. Ideally, you will:

• Be a recognized Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash.
• Have prior experience with Construction Management (CM) projects.
• Manage a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and subcontract works packages.
• Minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
• Bring broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive knowledge in managing multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
• Experience working with NEC forms of contract .
• Pre-contract through to post-contract experience.
• Large-scale project and construction management experience.
• The ability to apply sound judgment regarding the strategic direction of the business.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
