Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and protocols, including PPE usage.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee accuracy in stock management.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce safety policies and ensure PPE compliance.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
